VAT
1. All prices quoted are strictly net, exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at
the appropriate rate.
Prices
2. While every effort will be made to maintain the prices quoted, the seller
reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
3. Prices quoted In
this catalogue are for UK and EEC customers (import duty paid). Special prices for
overseas customers.
Minimum Order
4.
(a) No minimum order is required. But minimum p&p charge is £2.50.
(b) Orders with a value below £5.00 p&p will be £3.50.
Delivery
5.
(a) Orders received by 5pm will be despatched the same day
(b) Delivery by post will be first class, recorded delivery, registered post or by courier
for guaranteed next day delivery.
(c) Export orders wilt be despatched by air parcel post, registered post, air freight, or
UPS.
(d) Carriage, shipping and packing charges are extra.
(e) Shipping charge dependant on weight and shipping method.
(f) We will do our best to meet delivery requirements but we will not be liable for
failure to do so. Anytime or date quoted for delivery by the seller is given and intended
only as an estimate. The seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever for
failure to deliver within such time.
(g) All items listed are subject to availability from manufacturers.
Guarantee
6. All original parts supplied have been tested and certified to be of prime quality from
the manufacturer. And are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
Documentation
7. A single invoice is supplied with each delivery. A charge will be made for additional
copies.
Payments
8.
(a) All accounts must be paid no later than thirty days from date of invoice. In the event
of default, interest will be charged at an annual rate equal to the Bank of England
minimum lending rate, plus two per cent on all outstanding overdue balances.
The customer will be
fully accountable for all costs incurred by the seller in recovering outstanding monies.
(b) We accept payment by credit cards and debit (Access, Visa, Switch).
New Accounts
9. Customers wishing to open ledger accounts are required to furnish two trade and bankers
references.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel credit facilities at any time.
Customer Cancellation Rights
10.The customer has a right to cancel a contract if he/she wishes within 7 days following the day the contract was made. This can be done by return email, in writing by post or verbally by telephone.
If it is done by post, you are advised to obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office or send your cancellation notification by Recorded Delivery. Please keep a copy of your cancellation notification.
Retention of
Title
11. The ownership of the goods to be supplied by the seller will only be transferred to
the customer when full payments for the goods has been made.
Returns
12. Returned Goods
(a) Goods returned as incorrectly ordered or no longer required will not be accepted
without the prior agreement of the seller.
A handling charge of
thirty per cent will be levied.
(b) Goods returned may
only be accepted if they are undamaged and in their original packing.
Shortages or
Damage
13. (a) Damage or shortage of goods must be notified to the seller within seven days.
(b) Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for loss or damage caused directly
or indirectly by goods supplied.
